An advertiser is a party - usually a company - which publishes its inventory on various sites through the use of DV.
Advertisers are either customers of the reseller, in which case Hexon has no direct contact with the advertiser, or are customers of Hexon directly. See the table at the section about resellers, partners and end users for more details.
