Basic requirements
Advertisers are accustomed to a high level of quality when using DV. Hexon is committed to maintaining this level and has therefore drawn up a number of requirements.
- The supplied data needs to be processed in an automated way to prevent any unnecessary delays.
- The supplied data is processed at least once per day but preferably as soon as possible.
- The site gives feedback in an automated way. This feedback must include:
- The result of the action (success or failure)
- In case of failure: the reason
- The current status of the advertisement
- The direct link to the advertisement detail page (if appicable)
- The supplied data must not be distributed to platforms or parties other than those agreed upon.
- The site does not differentiate between advertisers using DV as their method of advertising and advertisers using other methods, including manual advertising.
- The site can be reached by telephone for questions during office hours.
- The site can be reached by email for questions.
- Questions, for instance permission requests or support matters, will be answered in a timely manner.
Sites not able to comply with these requirements can opt to use ILSA instead.
