Integration process

In general the following steps need to be taken to create a link between a site and DV.

1. The site and Hexon contact each other and express their interest of creating a link.
2. Hexon gives a short introduction and provides the site access to this documentation.
3. The site and Hexon sign a contract describing the partnership.
4. The site supplies Hexon with the necessary information (see III.8. Checklist).
5. Hexon determines when the work of creating the link can start. This is mostly based on demand (the amount of advertisers expressing their interest for the link).
6. Hexon commences developing the link.
7. Hexon and the site test the link internally.
8. Hexon and the site activate the link for one advertiser (pilot test).
9. Hexon makes the link available for all advertisers.
10. Hexon informs resellers about the new link, so they can make the link available to their customers as well.
