Setting up a new account is done by granting DV permission to advertise the objects of the advertiser on a site. This can be done using the API or DV Admin.
In most cases the site needs to grant permission as well. Hexon asks the site for permission using the appropriate channels. Depending on the site this process usually takes between an hour and two working days.
As soon as both the advertiser (or the reseller on their behalf) and the site have given permission, the link is activated and the objects will be advertised.
